Walden Plantation overlooks the Llano River and offers spectacular views and peace and quiet. Our 17 acres of landscaped grounds include a pool and hot tub, a pavilion, a dining area and more. Walden Plantation can accommodate from 1 to 44 people. We have 16 rooms including (2) two-story suites.
The secluded, peaceful atmosphere of Walden Plantation creates the perfect backdrop for your romantic getaway, wedding, family reunion, corporate retreat, seminar, or special event.
Events booked at Walden Plantation may enjoy exclusive use of the property during their duration if desired.

Dining area
The surroundings are elegant, the rooms are romantic - and the food's pretty good too. Come on down to the dining area for your gourmet breakfast or sit in the shade and have a burger, a chicken sandwich or a cold drink.

There's something about a kayak and tube that makes you one with the water. Being one with the Llano River is quite an experience to remember. Rental tubes are available to guests for just this purpose.
