The upscale accommodations and relaxed atmosphere at Walden Plantation make us an excellent environment for groups, family reunions, birthday parties, strategic planning sessions, staff meetings and team building.

Below is a sample list of prices and items. We would be glad to help customize to your individual needs.

 

Pricing (taxes not included) :

 

Facility Charge $ 1900.00

• NO FACILTY CHARGE when reserving all rooms. Includes 48 hours use of 50' x 100' Covered and Lighted Outdoor Amphitheater and 16' x 24' Covered and Lighted Outdoor Pavilion. Other areas of the grounds and facility usage can be arranged and discussed with management. Does not include staff, clean-up, set-up, music, projector, kitchen usage, electronics, heaters, a/c coolers, etc.

 

 

Rooms As priced online

• You may reserve one or as many as 16 rooms. Each room includes elegant breakfast for guests. Lunch menu for additional charge. See website for details.

• Comes with one staff member to serve. Quantity and varieties to be discussed with management. Can not be provided by group under TABC law and policy of Walden Plantation.

 

 

Soft drinks, water etc. $ 1.00 each or provided by group party

• Quantity and varieties to be discussed with management.

 

 

Mixed Drinks, Margarita machines etc. To be discussed and possibly provided
by group for $200 service fee

• May be discussed with management to avoid problems with TABC licensing. Due to TABC law, does not come with staff member to serve.

 

 

Projector Rental $175

• Does not include computer or staff to operate.

 

Private DJ, Band, Entertainment etc.

Deposit and Fees $ 500.00 deposit and fees as outlined above.
• Deposit required at time of booking and will not be refunded if event is cancelled at anytime. Deposit will be refunded when facility is cleaned and returned to its original state. Room policies and cancellations as noted on website under "house policies". Fees as outlined above and paid in full one month in advance of event. If cancellation of event occurs, deposit will not be refunded and fees will be refunded at 50%. Room cancellations are explained under "house policies" on website.
